Payment and shipping
The following conditions apply:
Deliveries are made domestically (Netherlands) and to the following countries: Albania,Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Norway, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Sweden, Switzerland
Shipment will be fulfilled within 1-3 working days. Delivery time depends on your country/region. All shipments will be handled by DHL. CAF Trading Company is not accountable for possible delays that can occur after the shipment is fulfilled.

Delivery times:
Unless otherwise stated in the respective offer, the goods will be shipped withing 3 business days. To get the delivery times consult the DHL website to get an accurate picture of the estimated times.
ESTIMATIONS: (Germany & the Netherlands) within 2 working days with DHL after Shipping, for international deliveries within 5 - 7 working days after conclusion of the contract (if advance payment has been agreed after the time of your payment instruction).
Please note that there is no delivery on Sundays and public holidays.
If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will send the goods in a joint shipment, unless we have made different arrangements with you. In this case, the delivery time is determined by the item with the longest delivery time that you have ordered.
If you collect your order yourself, your order will be prepared for the next working day and made available for collection. If there are any delays in processing your order, you will be informed by our customer service team by phone. The collection times are from Monday to Friday, 10:00 am to 3:00 pm. In this case, no shipping costs will be charged.
Return conditions:
We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. However, if you are not satisfied with your product, you have the option to return it within 14 days of receipt. Please note the following return conditions:
- You are responsible for the cost of the return label. We recommend sending the return with verifiable tracking and keeping the proof of shipment until the return has been processed.
- If the product is damaged on receipt or has other defects, please contact us immediately. In this case, we will cover the cost of the return fork.
- Please note that products purchased as part of special promotions or sales cannot be returned. If a sales product is damaged or has another defect, we recommend that you contact our customer service.
Complaints must be made in writing by e-mail with appropriate photo evidence and the order or invoice number.
